Shipping & Returns
We process your order for approximately 7-10 business days. (Excluding weekends) It takes approximately 4 to 30 business days for your to receive your order. However, sometimes there might be slight delays. For delayed deliveries, we are not obligated for a refund. We provide the tracking number via e-mail. We use standard shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Any of our products are NOT eligible for return under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the item back to Monte Carlo, Monaco. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a discount code for you to purchase the new item. Please e-mail email@example.com to request an exchange. The accessories including Hats, Hair Accessories, Belts, Sunglasses and Earrings are FINAL SALE. They are NOT eligible for exchange.
For both free and paid shipments, you are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Our products ships from China.
Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a refund. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees if apply.
